I am a San Diego-based writer and editor interested in stories that galvanize, build bridges, and prompt action. I earned my MFA in creative nonfiction writing through Seattle Pacific University and currently serve as editorial director for Nations Journal, a bi-annual print magazine that shares the stories of Gospel-centered reformers. I'm enthusiastic about most things, but especially shared meals, great books, and exploring our complex, gorgeous world.

Words matter, and yours are no exception. I love helping organizations craft compelling content and working with individuals to shape their story, whether for a website, business, or book. My professional experience centers on nonprofit storytelling. I also write for print and online publications—mainly about food, travel, faith, and the terrain between.
